By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization. We may decline service to anyone for any lawful reason.

To use most Services you must complete identity and business verification (KYC/KYB). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

You will not use the Services for prohibited activities. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.

Fees are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. You authorize us to debit applicable fees from your balance.

Banking and money transmission services are provided through licensed partner institutions. Funds are held in segregated custodial or for-benefit-of accounts as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe activity violates applicable law or these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
